Münchenstein near Basel
Am Dych is a new residential quarter in Munichstein near Basel, being developed on the former Läckerlihuus site directly along the St. Albanteich canal. The complex consists of three modern buildings with a total of 173 rental apartments, as well as open spaces, community areas, and commercial units, combining a nature-oriented setting with good connections to the city of Basel. The aim of the project is to create a sustainable, urban living environment with plenty of greenery, shared spaces, and modern infrastructure.

Stadtsägi — St. Gallen
The Stadtsägi is a new residential and neighborhood project in St. Gallen, being developed on the site of a former city sawmill. It will create an urban living space with around 190 apartments, as well as dining, commercial, and public facilities, combining living, working, and social interaction. The goal is a vibrant neighborhood with diverse housing options and communal meeting points, such as the central “Sägiplatz.”
